Diana F+ SLR Lens Adaptors by Lomography

wanted to blog about this when i saw it in the lomo newsletter this morning

works for canon or nikon

basically just a body cap designed to fit your diana lens (twist in)

always wanted to try the holga lens adaptor for canon from holgamods.com but i'm probably going try the lomo one since i have the diana f+ and always wanted to get more lens for it

but i might still try to make my own holga lens adaptor after buying a holga lens and a lens cap. doesn't seem too hard to make

The Impossible Project

i've been a lazy blogger...haven't updated for a month...will try to get back on track

want to mention about the impossible project. the guys over there bought out the old Polaroid company factory to develop their own kind of instant film similar to the ones Polaroid made in the past. if it's successful, old polaroid cameras will have new films to use. old polaroid cameras prices will probably be rising a bit but also depending how available and successful the film is going to be.

i might look forward to buying an old polaroid camera if the film becomes widely available and not too expensive. don't want to be just stuck with fuji for instant...polaroid is a classic.

film is starting to have a small comeback. many people like the classic feeling and the wait to develop (even though it's mostly digital develop to photo paper now/or some people just prefer to scan the film). even though film is a long term investment, i think it is still worth it. just as i've seen other people say, film is slowly burning money but digital is when you throw a big chunk of money right at the beginning. nowadays, 2nd hand slr film cameras are not too expensive so people don't mind trying.

i have my both hands on digital and film now and probably won't let go of either.
